Plans must include submitters name, address, phone number, and email address. Fee must be included along with plans. Arkansas law establishes plan review fees at 1% of the estimated plumbing and gas cost with a minimum fee of $50.00 and a maximum fee of $500.00. A detailed Cost Estimate Worksheet shall accompany the plans. Once review services are rendered there will be no refund of fees.

If the project is located in a city that reviews plumbing plans, a state plumbing plan review fee may not be required.

Information submitted shall include the name of the project and specific location, such as city, street, or highway. The review cannot be completed without the information as noted below.

Include with the plans and specifications of the type of sewage disposal (i.e. public sewer or septic tank) Include plans and specifications on water supply (i.e. public water or private well) If project will be connecting to a septic system and/or private well, an approval from the county Sanitarian will be required along with the plans.
